  • GG Custom Controllers warrants its controllers and modified parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase.

    Warranty Coverage

    This warranty covers only controllers and parts modified by GG Custom Controllers. The warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. • Unauthorized modifications or repairs. • Normal wear and tear.

    Claim Process

    To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact GG Custom Controllers within the Warranty Period. GG Custom Controllers will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.

    Exclusions

    This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or part found to be defective. In no event shall GG Custom Controllers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for GG Custom Controllers' controllers and modified parts. GG Custom Controllers disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
